Dan Pierson is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer. Over the course of his advisory career, Dan has consulted on more than $2 billion in private business transactions and capital formation initiatives, advising founder-led companies and investment vehicles on governance, fund structure, and acquisition strategy. His experience includes designing institutional-grade fund architecture and supporting disciplined underwriting processes across multiple industries. Dan’s background in capital structuring and transaction execution provides the strategic foundation for scalable platform development.
