Dr. Timi Adepoju is the physician-operator and clinical leader of the pediatric platform. He organically scaled multiple pediatric clinics across state lines without institutional capital, building high-performing practices rooted in operational discipline and quality of care. His experience in physician recruitment, workflow standardization, and multi-location expansion provides the operational foundation for scalable growth. Dr. Timi’s leadership bridges clinical excellence with structured operational execution. At TCPP, he oversees clinical strategy, provider integration, and operational performance across the MSO platform.
Dan Pierson
Co-Founder | Managing Partner
Dan Pierson is Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer. Over the course of his advisory career, Dan has consulted on more than $2 billion in private business transactions and capital formation initiatives, advising founder-led companies and investment vehicles on governance, fund structure, and acquisition strategy. His experience includes designing institutional-grade fund architecture and supporting disciplined underwriting processes across multiple industries. Dan’s background in capital structuring and transaction execution provides the strategic foundation for scalable platform development. At TCPP, Dan oversees fund architecture, transaction diligence, and investment strategy.

Matthew Taylor is the Founder and Managing Partner. He founded Tasso Capital to build & manage sector-focused private equity platforms centered on disciplined acquisitions and operator-aligned growth. Matthew began his career in real estate acquisitions and built an acquisitions service platform before starting Tasso Capital to scale sector-specific private equity strategies. His focus is on constructing disciplined investment vehicles that align operators and investors through structured equity participation and long-term enterprise growth. At TCPP, Matthew oversees capital strategy, strategic partnerships, and platform expansion.
